Richard qualified from University of Central England in Birmingham in 2000 and worked in Birmingham until  joining AMP Commercial Ltd in early 2011.

Richard has over 20 years experience in property management and rates appeals and is a member of the RICS and IRRV. He is responsible for the day to day running of the office.

Outside the office Richard enjoys spending time with his young family.
