Business Rates are one of the largest overheads for businesses and we often find that people are unaware that they have the right to appeal against the valuation produced by Land and Property Services.

After a brief meeting and inspection of your property we will be able to advise whether or not an appeal is appropriate. If we feel an appeal should be lodged, we will lodge the appeal, discuss it with Land and Property Services and chase the appropriate refund.
